Chef Appreciation Week 2024
Chef Adrian was just 14 when he began washing dishes at an up-market country club in his native UK - so young he had to get approval from his school. Food was always a part of his upbringing thanks to his parents and his stepbrother who was a chef. Once he got started he never looked back. More than 30 years later, Adrian is National Executive Chef of Compass Group’s operations in New Zealand.
